I used to believe that the smallest version of myself was the best version. Growing up in an Asian household, I was taught that being small was good and women shouldn’t lift heavy. This led to unhealthy habits as I tried to conform to unrealistic standards. Shifting my focus to what my body could achieve brought true happiness and progress. I want to help you break free from those limiting beliefs and discover the joy of loving what your body can do.
In Strong Girl School, strength training is at the heart of our work. Weightlifting builds resilience and should also be a super fun experience. We’ll focus on your performance, helping you develop more confidence and trust in yourself (and build some serious curves along the way). You’ll create constructive habits, join a community of like-minded people, and receive support from me every step of the way.
